In-Studio Massage

Deep tissue, therapeutic, and restorative massage in a private, intentional space. Tailored to your body’s unique needs — not a cookie-cutter session.

Mobile & Travel Sessions

I come to you. Whether you’re at home, a hotel, or an event — healing on your terms. Available throughout Sonoma County and beyond upon request.

On-Site Chair Massage

Bring the healing to your workplace or event. 30-minute focused sessions for 6–8 team members per visit. I bring the chair — you provide the space. 50–00 per visit.

Nervous System Support

Lymphatic and restorative bodywork designed to regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and support your body’s innate intelligence to heal.

Wellness & Embodiment Coaching

Move beyond survival mode. Coaching to help you reconnect to yourself after stress, burnout, or years of pushing through. Available in-person and virtually.

I’m Jezara — a Certified Holistic Massage Therapist, bodyworker, Certified Personal Trainer, and Human Design guide with over 15 years of experience helping people come home to themselves. My work was born through my own healing journey: through motherhood, rebuilding, and learning to stop abandoning myself and finally listen to my body.

I know what it feels like to overthink everything, live disconnected, push through exhaustion, and crave peace but not know how to access it. And I know what it feels like to slowly return home. That’s why I do this.
